Standard agreement between SUQS and Parents/Guardians for the enrollment and welfare of children

This Agreement is made between Sheikh Uthaymeen Quranic School of Busumbala, West Coast Region (hereinafter referred to as "the School") of the one part and the undersigned Parent/Guardian of the enrolled child (hereinafter referred to as "the Child") of the other part.

Clause 1

Objective

The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure cooperation between the School and Parents/Guardians in promoting discipline, moral upbringing, Islamic values, safety and academic excellence.

Clause 2

Parent/Guardian Obligations

The Parent/Guardian hereby agrees to:

Enroll and admit the Child under the terms of this agreement and applicable school rules.
Support and assist the school in enforcing discipline and moral conduct.
Ensure the Child complies with the School Rules, Regulations and Code of Conduct.
Respect the authority of the School Management, teachers, and staff.
Attend meetings, respond to communications, and visit the Child at least once a month unless excused.
Promptly inform the school of any health, behavioural, or special learning needs of the Child.
Accept disciplinary measures imposed in accordance with the School Rules and Regulations.

Clause 3

School Obligations

The School agrees to:

Provide a safe and Islamic learning environment.
Offer reasonable care, supervision and moral guidance to the Child.
Apply the School Rules fairly and without discrimination.
Inform Parents/Guardians of serious disciplinary, health or emergency issues involving the Child.

Declaration

Parent/Guardian Declaration

إقرار ولي الأمر

"I, the undersigned, am the student's parent/guardian, whom I have registered in this school for the memorization of the Holy Qur'an. I acknowledge full responsibility for the accuracy of the details I have provided to the school's record. I am fully responsible for the student."

This declaration is signed by all parents/guardians upon enrollment as part of the residential student registration form.

General Provisions

الأحكام العامة

This Agreement shall become legally binding upon signing.

The Parents/Guardians hereby confirm that they have read, understood and accept the School Rules and Regulations.

Failure to comply with this Agreement may result in the suspension or withdrawal of the Child from the School.

This Agreement shall be guided by Islamic principles, applicable education regulations and the internal policies of the School.
